Alarm repairs for systems not installed by us

Very often a client may have a system not installed by us and they cannot locate the people that installed it. Usually, an engineer code will be needed to access the function of the system to enable the change of batteries and to open the casing of the burglar alarm. If we can reset the panel to its factory defaults then we will.

Some systems have the engineer's code hardcoded onto the circuit board memory. We won't be able to override this code but it still may just be a question of only replacing the main control board. The modular nature of these systems means that single parts can be replaced without replacing the whole burglar alarm.
